Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience with Mike! He came out to perform maintenance on our HVAC system and will soon be returning to complete the repair.

Mike was very kind, honest, and professional. He took the time to show us exactly what was wrong with our system and clearly explained what was needed to get it repaired. He also gave us an approximate cost for the evaporator coil replacement that we will receive the official quote for tomorrow. He explained that the part could arrive as early as Monday, which means he may be able to come back and complete the repair very quickly.

We also signed up for their yearly maintenance program so we can keep our system properly maintained and have their service available whenever we need it.

What impressed me most was how quickly everything happened. I contacted them yesterday, and by today we already had a technician at our home, answers to all of our questions, and a clear understanding of what needs to be done.

Their prices are fair, and our technician, Mike, was absolutely great. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely takes the time to explain things instead of making you feel pressured.

Highly recommend their service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an email conversation with Mike about cleaning out our dryer vent-he gave me two dates to choose and I choose the 14th for service and communicated that to him (via email) a week prior. He didn’t show up-I sent him another email that morning, then sent a text-no reply at all.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience with Care Heating and AC was positive from the start.
The gentleman who answered my call was courteous and helpful and scheduled us for an appointment within a couple of days. Tom, the service technician, arrived within the scheduled time-frame, was polite, respectful of us and our home, and seemed knowledgeable about the AC systems. He took his time answering our questions and was thorough and efficient at his work.
After trying a number of HVAC companies in the area that ended in disappointment, we are so grateful to have found a locally owned company that has instilled confidence in their technical skill coupled with the added benefits of attention to detail, pleasant professionalism, and no attempt to up-sell. Their number is now in our contacts!
Thank you Care, for a unique reliability and professionalism that is rare to find in the service and sales industry. Well done!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tom took my call and was able to come by within the hour! He had my AC serviced before I could even get back home from work. Answered my questions and told me I could call him if there were any further concerns. Other companies had me scheduled three days out-it’s July! Thank you, Tom!
