Reviews From Our Satisfied Customers

Our experience with Care Heating and AC was positive from the start. The gentleman who answered my call was courteous and helpful and scheduled us for an appointment within a couple of days. Tom, the service technician, arrived within the scheduled time-frame, was polite, respectful of us and our home, and seemed knowledgeable about the AC systems. He took his time answering our questions and was thorough and efficient at his work. After trying a number of HVAC companies in the area that ended in disappointment, we are so grateful to have found a locally owned company that has instilled confidence in their technical skill coupled with the added benefits of attention to detail, pleasant professionalism, and no attempt to up-sell. Their number is now in our contacts! Thank you Care, for a unique reliability and professionalism that is rare to find in the service and sales industry. Well done! Read Less

Care services Inc just installed a mini split at my home. Jody and Cody were very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently, cleanly and even transplanted a rose bush for me that was in the way of their work. From estimate to install, this was a pain free experience. Thank you! Read Less

Cody did a thorough check of our system. The exterior unit was hit by a downed limb during a recent windstorm. He also checked interior wall units throughout the house. Service was easy to schedule. Cody was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Read Less
